Lookout Research Needs The NC chapter of FFLA conducts ongoing research to document past and present NC lookout towers including information about their structure, location, ownership, and persons who manned the towers. In addition to completing missing items concerning towers in the NC Lookout Inventory, we are always seeking additional information such as personal accounts from lookout towers, names of persons who manned the towers, historical photographs, updates concerning change in ownership or removal of lookouts, change in structural condition of a tower, etc. To submit information missing from the inventory, or any additional information such as photographs, statistics, names, personal accounts, updates, etc., please send this information using the email link below. |
